  • Warning, do not go here very bad company to deal with. I was told to sign up at Chandler location and I had a month to check it out before being billed and if I did not like I can cancel and not be charged. Before the month ended was called and I told them to cancel because I never had a chance to go. Was then told I had an additional month not being billed to check out gym. Went once and decided it will not work for me called and told it would not work. The General Manager told me too bad that they would do nothing and that the agreement kicked in when the first month ended (this was never told to me when I was called and told I had the additional month). I was totally mislead and feel cheated. This is not the type of business a consumer should have to deal with, stay away from this gym very unprofessional !! I hope this does not happen to anyone else. - Update : for posting this review which as a consumer I have every right to make. Jake Martin threatened to sue me. Rather than addressing a bad experience for a customer, and fixing it, they are trying to use scare tactics for my bad experience.
