| - Food is alright - could be more flavorful and authentic but it's okay for Peoria and if you want a quick, cheap meal. I've been going here for quick thai food for the last 2 years and I'd say that 50% of the time my order is wrong, and staff response was usually different levels of rude (especially from young, fair-skinned male server). This is very important to me because my preferences are not a matter of preference, I have an allergy to the ingredient that I request not to be on my food.
2 instances stand out -
Once on the way to work I ordered a meal for pick-up so that I could swing by and make it to work on time. Upon picking up my order I realized they made the complete wrong thing and had to have it remade, adding a little bit of stress to my day. The server had the nerve to approach me and say "Running late for work, huh?" to which I responded "Well I would have been on time if my order was made properly". He didn't even acknowledge the inconvenience it caused.
The last straw was the last time I ordered a meal for pick-up, which was again made improperly. This time I made it all the way home before realizing the mistake had been made. I called back once, explained to the person on the phone that my order had been made improperly, and was hung up on. I called back, thinking the line had disconnected and when the server heard it was me they hung up again! Because I could not eat food that I am allergic to I drove back to demand my order be properly made and you should have seen the shocked look on the server's face when I walked in with my wrong order. They remade the food but did not comp the meal or apologize for HANGING UP TWICE.
Safe to say I will not be giving them any more of my money.
My suggestion is to definitely go somewhere else that has more authentic, flavorful thai food with respectful service.
