  • You know what's surprisingly good and conveniently located in the hotel you happen to be staying at? Northside! I would definitely check it out if you're at the SLS or W Las Vegas. The name sounds ridiculous, and how/why would you have a Mexican/American/Chinese restaurant at the same time and possibly have decent food, right? Well. It's decent. The Huevos Rancheros had a hard shell, which was odd, but the asada bowl was good to my taste. Furthermore, the portions were ridiculously huge, which is great because hey, you need more energy to power through the day. GOOD: no wait, happy servers, decent food, big portions OKAY: location (depending on where you are and staying, as it's off the strip) BAD: odd combo of recipes that sometimes might not work
