rev:text	Was it worth the 45 minute wait and $60 price tag? Ehhhhh. I'm still on the fence.... First, the wait can be ridiculous. We tried going at about 2 and there was a 45 minute wait. Most of the wait we spent standing in line. They have these little kiosks where you enter your info, including phone number, so you can walk around for a bit. Bacchanal is at the back of Caesar's Palace though, so you're kinda stuck sticking around the casino. In like 10 minutes, we were notified that it was our turn to stand in line. We waited in line to pay, then waiting in like a holding area before we were seated. When we did get seated, it was in the back where it was a little crowded and dark. The seating closer to the food/entrance looked better than where we were at. We did get seated in time for weekend brunch, so we had some brunch items like crab eggs Benedict and lobster bisque. In hindsight, I didn't think coming early for the $8 price difference was really worth having the brunch items. There were better options for dinner. At 3, we got some oysters, prime rib, salmon, and escargot. Like some of the other reviewers, I thought the king/snow crab was super salty. Even the steamed crab was salty. I liked the Dungeness crab the most of the crab options. I thought the shrimp and oysters did not taste fresh. The siu mai was the only dim sum I would recommend and the sushi/ poke were both kind of terrible. They had a crepe station, which was just ok, and the other desserts were ehhh. Overall, I think I'd rather spend my money on better quality food next time.
