I've been going to this dentist office for several years, and I've never particularly liked them, but I just didn't want to change to another place again. They have routinely been very rough and caused my mouth to be sore for several days, just from a normal cleaning, and I am not one to mind going to the dentist at all.
However, today I decided to start going somewhere else. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30, and I have noticed in the past that they have had a sign posted in the lobby that says if you are 15 minutes late, then they will cancel your appointment. I've always thought that was kind of rude and it stuck out to me, though I didn't notice if it was there today.
I got there at 11:20, and by 12:05 all they had done was take me back and put that bib on me. 45 minutes is absurd -- I ended up leaving as I only have an hour lunch break, but that should absolutely have been sufficient time for a routine teeth cleaning. I made an appointment for South Point Dental (right in front of Belmont Dental) and will be going there later this week.
