I'm going to get right to the point. The customer service at the Service Desk, is horrible. I get that it's busy and everyone's tech issue is important, but the staff really needs to understand that they are there to service the tech issue, not the "anxiety" behind the issue.
It would have been a lot more considerate if the staff wasn't so arrogant and actually made time for their customers, regardless of whether or not the issue was resolved.
So disappointed.
Better off waiting an hour at the Apple Store!
