  • Similar issue to what others are writing about. They reported in error that I was behind on my mortgage, when I actually sold the home and paid it off only a few days before. They said we understand the issue and are working to resolve, then they promised a letter that owned the mistake (never received). I escalated and a manager never called back. I finally got a manager and she was short and said "what do you want, what are you asking for", I was polite and said "I want my credit score back, and I want what you promised when I called last". I understand that these things take time, but if you make a promise to correct your error, follow up!!! Don't make me call several times, wait on hold, to get false apologies. I was over 815 and now my score is 620, do not use this company. Avoid them at all cost!
