  • I had a wonderful experience with Heather Rohner. Let me first briefly tell you how I found her. I went prior to see another Juvederm (Allergen) specialist with my friend. She overfilled my lips when I had specially pleaded with her right before not to. This practitioner advised me that it was just swelling, even though it was so obvious and prominent that it was over filled on the top left side of my lips. This is not my first syringe. I waited for swelling in the rest of my lips to subside however the top left was still raised to the point it created a huge shadow on my upper lip. I didn't even want to smile anymore because it was atrocious. When I tried to reach out to the woman who initially did my lips her staff informed me that she would be gone for the next two weeks. I was devastated. I did some research and found Heather Rohner. Thank God.. I saw the work she did and called right away. They booked me so quickly. When I went into the office I was promptly seen. Heather was so kind, down to Earth, and understanding. She injected the dissolver into just the section of my top lip and also a small bump inside my lip on the bottom right. After swelling subsided that SAME DAY, it was perfect. I am so happy and fortunate. She listened, offered suggestions and the outcome was perfect. I will ONLY go to her for future fillers. I respect her so much and I am so grateful. The dissolving was free of charge, too. I thank Heather Rohner and her lovely staff for their genuine kindness and help. I appreciate them to the fullest extent and beyond.
