  • This morning I contacted Jay about my water heater not working. The water heater was on its last leg so repair would have been a waste of money so we replaced it. We scheduled an evening appointment to replace the heater. He said he'd be out early afternoon to drain the heater to make the replacement part quicker, he showed up, examined my old unit, and began draining, Within the next 1 1/2-2hrs he had drained AND replaced the unit with a new one and new pipes/hardware! The job is complete and I now have hot water running through my pipes. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a great quality job! I highly recommend him.
