  • Ranch Market is like a fiesta ALL THE TIME! I love this place. The deli offers tasty "truly authentic" dishes that you can either eat there or take home. Sometimes on my way home from work I will get the carnitas dinner for 2-3 people, and it literally feeds my boyfriend and I for a couple days. For less than $10 you get a healthy bag of freshly cooked carnitas, homemade tortillas, salsa, beans and rice. I usually buy a big bag of Michael's chips (they are saltier than Rick's) and a 1/2 pint of pico de gallo to take with me as well. I am always impressed with the produce at Ranchie (that is what I call it for short). I love using key limes for margaritas at home, but they can get pricey...not at Ranchie! I am the envy of all of my out-of-state friends. Any time they come to the desert for a visit, I take them there!
