  • Going off just the positive reviews I choose MasterCraft to come take a look at my ailing garage door. A call at 11:30AM Monday morning had me waiting less than an hour for their very helpful tech Jonathan to arrive and inspect the issue. He was thorough and gave me a very basic rundown of what the issue could be, and laid out what might or might not be the cause. He might have been magic however, as the issue seems to have fixed itself (at least temporarily) after Johnathan reset my opener. I'm crossing my fingers that whatever happened sticks and the issue goes away, however if it doesn't I'll be using MasterCraft to do whatever needs to be done. I'm glad to see the reviews were right, if you're having garage door issues and want someone timely, honest, and fair, go with these guys!
