| - Had lower back and neck problems after an injury. I heard about this office from a friend and decided to try it out. Needless to say, the first visit rocked. Everyone was extremely friendly, and welcoming. After I had signed up was when it went all downhill. First off, the secretary is flat out rude. I cannot count the number of confrontations I had with her on two hands. She is extremely disrespectful, and her alone made me not even want to schedule appointments. She is also very disrespectful to the massage therapists in front of paying clients. Such a turn off for me, since her only job in the place is to write down my name and appointment. After seeing her terrible attitude at the beginning of my appointment, I am already ready to leave. The massage therapists are mediocre, they cycle through so often I can never get too much of an opinion. Michael is awesome though. Nicole, the physical therapist, is completely worthless. The back room where the PT takes place is all fun and games while Nicole spends more time chatting and making plans with her coworkers instead of catering to her clients. She is very immature for the profession she is in, and comes off as extremely selfish. The one good thing though is Dr. Asay and the other doctor. They are completely friendly, and very educated. The adjustments for the most part leave me feeling looser. I am totally sure if the doctors would get a much less obnoxious secretary and PT, this place would be great.
