  • This place consistently succeeds in disappointing me every...single...time. I decided to give them yet another chance because I'd received a BOGO coupon. Well shame on me for falling into that trap...because even after I showed the waitress the coupon before ordering...it turns out my coupon was not valid for anything I'd ordered...which I was not told until after I was given the bill and questioned the total due. I called their customer service and they were not very friendly and didn't seem to care either. I'm officially done. There are far better places to have subpar breakfast and service. "Bye bye" iHop
