  • I was really excited to visit Rollover Doughnuts. I love gourmet pastries, and the idea of gourmet doughnuts really hyped me up. When my boyfriend and I got to Rollover for the first time, we were at first very pleased: the building is super cute, the separate "lobby" (study/table room) is well-decorated and clean. But when we got up to the main building to order.... There was a huge swarm of tiny flies in the corner of the pastry case. RIGHT where all of the doughnuts were sitting. A few flies were buzzing around and landing on the doughnuts, but most of them were crawling over one another in the corner. I asked the cashier if there were any doughnuts that hadn't been sitting there all day, and he said with a very bored expression, "Nope, that's all we have." Ummm, no. My boyfriend and I left. Like I said, I really wanted to like Rollover....but that's absolutely disgusting. Isn't that a health code violation?
