  • My review on Sears was rejected because it wasn't positive. They changed it into a good one. Do their reviews are fake (my opinion). So anyway, bought this http://www.sears.ca/en/hybrid-mattress/forever-infinite-hybrid-comfort-top-mattress-399101_I.html and it took 3 deliveries. First delivery - part of delivery wrong items, mattress defective, extremely unprofessional workers Second Delivery- severely damaged goods, missing parts Third delivery - items okay (finally) but drivers were violently angry I wanted to inspect the items before signing off. Store manager didn't seem to care, as he doesn't return calls or emails.
