  • I rented some medical equipment from them, giving a $250.00 security deposit. I returned all of the equipment and was told the deposit was credited back to my credit card. When my statement came the refund was not there. After four phone calls and three messages not returned, I had to threaten to dispute the charge with my bank before I was told they would process the refund today. If you do business with AA Medical, I suggest you be vigilant and keep good records and verify receipt of any refund due.
