  • Sam is phenomenal! He talks a lot, so if you are in a rush, you may want to save your water stop for another day. I don't mind his talking because it lets you know that your water is coming from a spot of love. LOL. In all seriousness, even if the store is closed if you have a problem he will come by and help you. His cell phone is listed outside so all his customers can have it. This place is TRULY the meaning of excellent customer service. He truly makes you feel like your business matters. I feel like he treats all his customers as if he has known them all for years prior to opening his store, and is making sure they are all treated like his own family would be. Let's be honest, water is water alkaline or otherwise. People pick which store to go to based on customer service and Sam hands down has the best in town. His prices are fair too. Thanks for taking care of us Sam! Love your store!
