  • Update as of 6/7/2018.... the last persons manager ( Alfredo) was just here. Still feel like nothing was accomplished. Going to end up losing the hot tub and half the design because the 1st person (Tony) I worked with lied about everything. Said I was fully financed. I was not. Manger said he would try to get it approved. Told me it would be 12 weeks. They have until next week to fix this or I am going to the media, and the better business bureau. I cannot not stand liars. Tell me the truth from the beginning and we would have been fine. At this point I still would not recommend them. If they fix the problems the first person created, then i will come back and update this to a better score....... 6/4/2108. If Tony is the one that works with you do not believe anything he says. So far I am not happy with this company at all. And would not recommend them. The contractors are out here for half a day, once a week. The project is going very slowly. There is a full week that they have done nothing. Phone calls are not returned. I have been promised on more than 5 different occasions different things that have not happened. I was told by Tony I would get top priority because someone's house fell through on a close date and instead of having to move 60 people up I would get that spot. I call and I get told "well this is our busiest season". Tony said he would add all of this stuff in, none of it is getting added. The girl I call acts like it's a problem when she talks to me. The owner was supposed to call me, he didn't. She was supposed to call me by the end of the day. No call. Wouldn't answer her phone. Do not tell me you are going to do something and not do it. That's not good business. At this point the pool won't be done before August and they started in April. Tony told me 5-6 weeks.
