  • Roger is a very knowledgeable attorney, the problem is the follow through. He botched our case by not doing any discovery and on the eve of the trial he finally subpoena one witness even after multiple promises of getting depositions which he did not do. everything he did was last second and only after repeated phone calls. I would caution you on retaining Roger with what I experienced.
