  • The first time I was in, when they first opened, they were great. Fast wait, polite staff, etc. The 2nd time I went in 2 weeks ago, I wasn't sure I was in the same office. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff was so rude. When people got frustrated about the wait time and said something, the front desk would roll their eyes and talk about the people right in front of them. They need to remember that they are dealing with sick people and show a little compassion. The actual care I received once I was taken to the back was good. Very unprofessional. I hope they can turn things around by getting a new receptionist and some of the nurses as this location is very convenient.
