  • Highly recommended! A day after returning home from major surgery our air conditioning stopped working. It's hard enough after surgery without having to endure 90+ degree uncomfortable indoor temperatures. My husband called and explained my situation to the dispatcher and a serviceman was here in about an hour. He was extremely courteous and accommodating. He found shoddy electrical wiring in our heat pump by the installation company which caused the malfunction. He got our unit up and running temporarily to get us through the weekend until a replacement part could be installed. At the beginning of the week two servicemen came as promised and promptly installed the new part. Very courteous and professional as well. Our heat pump has been working fine ever since and it wasn't a financial hardship. Very fair pricing. My husband and I really appreciate the prompt and quality service when we really needed it. Thank you! I'm now recovering comfortably from my surgery.
