  • I have attended many Estate Sales and Kathy's by far is one of the most over priced sales I have been to. I have tried to negotiate and she won't budge. She was rude and had the take it or leave it attitude, I have had better luck negotiating prices in Antique stores. Things that should be sold in sets are sold separately with higher than Ebay pricing. I won't be returning to one of her sales and will steer anyone away from her sales that ask me. I will also be using my own social media to describe my awful experiences with this company. As a seller, this person is not customer friendly and as someone looking to have a company host an Estate sale, I would not want a person that will not work with buyers running my sale.
