  • First time karaok-ing and I had to wait 15 minutes from the time I was booked because there was one employee working and he kept answering phone calls and attending to new customers. Me and my boyfriend were finally taken into a small room and we had to use an iPad that looked very worn out and the application was actually annoying to use. A lot of the songs didn't have lyrics, but they were definitely up to date. Also the sound system sucked and we had to keep adjusting the speaker and microphones. I couldn't really get into the music with the bad sound quality. Also, the lighting in the room wan't that cool, nor the set up. It felt like I was in my living room. They should have put more effort into decorating the room more. Based on other reviews, it seems the bigger rooms are more advanced, which is not fair, they should make all the rooms nice so everyone has a good experience. We ordered some shots and the guy had to come back to ask what we ordered again and then took our menus to look at how to make them. He brought back one in a shot glass, the other in a whiskey glass. It was very unprofessional. It just wasn't worth it.
