The dance studio is located off the strip, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We went up a flight of stairs and entered the small reception area, where we filled out the paperwork and paid- $40 per person. Then we entered the private room where each of us had our own pole. We were already dressed because there was only one bathroom.
It was a 75 min class, but because we arrived late it cut into our time. Fawnia, the instructor/owner, was great and had an encouraging personality. Even so, I felt silly and stiff. It was definitely a workout, because my arms were sore the next day. After we did pole dancing, we also did a lap dancing routine. One of the girls in our group had bad knees and couldn't partake in the activities. Instead she took numerous photos and even video. Delete! When we were done, the bachelorette was given an "I Love Pole Dancing" tank top as a souvenir. They also called taxis for us. We all had a fun and memorable time.
