Great restaurant - mostly booths, so you're not crammed up against anyone. Super-friendly bar staff - it was slow when we went on a Saturday afternoon, but the entire bar team made sure they said hi, introduced themselves, and learned our names - that's the kind of attention that'll make me a regular.
The food was good. It's high-end bar food, but it's done well and it's tasty. The fish tacos were very good (blackened; we asked them to omit the cheese and it was no problem). A couple of substitutions we asked for (veggies in lieu of rice) were no problem.
This place is off to a good start. Compared to the indifferent service at Cadillac Ranch and the odd service patterns at Yard House (where the bartenders have to rotate positions every half hour or so for some reason), this felt like a neighborhood bar with a staff of friendly locals. If that attitude holds true for the next few months, this will become a regular watering hole.
The patio offers the only real seating for large groups, since the room is mainly laid out in built-in booths. Something to be aware of. Also, there are a zillion large screen (LARGE) TVs showing sports - so this should be a hot spot during major seasons and events like Superbowl.
