  • After attending a timeshare presentation about a year ago in Las Vegas, we received a complimentary 3 night trip from Casablanca Express. We decided to use our voucher to stay in Las Vegas again. I spoke with Korina on the phone who offered me an upgraded hotel and deals (show tickets, restaurant.com coupon, and a Las Vegas Bite Card) for the cost of my $50 deposit, money I had already paid and forgotten about. I did not book right away, but Korina was very patient and excited about the the deals she had for Vegas vacations. I gave her a call back the next day and agreed, which set the plan into motion. Korina has been very helpful throughout our booking experience with Casablanca and I appreciate that she kept her word on her offers despite not booking until the following day.
