  • Great customer service! My battery was lacking a charge in my car. I took it to the shop, and they tested it and showed that the battery was not very strong. I then took my car back the following morning to have them charge the battery - FOR FREE! After the charging took place, it showed that my battery was not taking a charge. I had talked to the clerk about ordering me a used battery since my car is a lease and the lease is almost up. He said the battery will take til Monday (it was a Friday) because he had to get it from another shop. When I went back to the store to get my car, he explained the battery was no good and went ahead and installed the new battery - it had arrived early. I paid for the used battery and went on my way! The customer service was unmatched in their industry. Way to go guys!
