  • After being sent all over town by the OrthoCarolina system I arrived 25 mins late and now they won't see me. Really?!!! Every appointment I've had I've waited thirty mins to an hour past the time they scheduled me, but after spending $30+ to get around town for this appointment they tell me they can reschedule? No way. So much for the 'renowned service' I was told about. Try taking into consideration people who have to pay to get around, who have to come out of pocket just to spend 5 mins with a doc. I live out of town (CA) and have waited weeks to see someone here, and now due to multiple Uber cancels and then arriving the wrong location I finally get here and now can't be seen. STILL HAD TO PAY TO GET HERE, AND HOME THO! It's really f*d up that they won't see me, and since there's nothing I can say to get them to assess my injury today (now over a month old) I'm surely going to tell this story. Shame on you Todd Irwin.
