I initially left this review on the Home Depot site. They rejected it. Guess they only allow good reviews of themselves.
I bought a 28x30 washer pan there that I had looked up online. The pan was supposed to come with a hose connector included. Found what appeared to be the right pan but there was no measurement on the actual pan. The shelf under the pan said it was 27x29. Also there was no hose connector with the pans.
So I went wandering around the aisles looking for one of their staff. Finally found a guy who appeared most disinterested in helping. Asked him if he had a tape measure. Nope.. he didn't have one. So HD has people working in a hardware/lumber store and they don't carry tape measures. Great. Asked where I might find one. "Over there, there should be some" and he waved me away and then scooted off to avoid providing any more of his stellar assistance. I had hoped to ask about the hose connector but oh well, didn't have time to send out a search and rescue team to try and locate another no-sales associate.
Found a tape measure and measured the pan and it was big enough for my needs. Never did find any "included hose connectors" on the shelf by the pans.....
