  • UPDATE#3: well, after speaking with customer service two more times and the area director, turns out firestone can't count business days. I was told I would revive the check the day after it was cut. Well, I received the check yesterday after nagging customer service and only ever being told someone would call me (they never did and I had to do all the follow up). The verdict? Don't ever, ever go to a firestone or Bridgestone unless you enjoy working with people with the management/mechanical/communication skills of a monkey.
