| - I was overdue for an eye exam and I was on my last pair of contacts. I called my optometrist and unfortunately he didn't accept the new insurance I was switched to this year. I needed to see an optometrist quick, my contact was starting to irritate my eye. I called Dr. Roter's office, they accepted my insurance and they were able to schedule me for the next day, hallelujah!
The day of my appointment, I got a text message in the morning to confirm. The receptionist and Dr. Roter's assistant were both very friendly when I walked in. I filled out the paperwork and was immediately taken to the back to have my eye exam. I had to get a contact lens fitting and a prescription for eye glasses.
Dr. Roter was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt really comfortable with him. He advised me that for my next visit, I should get my retinas scanned since my prescription is higher now. You have the choice of dilation or the scan, which is great. I'm really happy with Dr. Roter and his staff, and the prices are great, I only paid $30 for my co-pay, so I will keep on going back for my yearly exams as long as they keep on accepting my insurance.
