  • My husband and I took our friend from LA (Calif) last night to Cream. We got there @10:50pm (they were closing at 11). We each ordered desserts. They were good, but my sundae was crammed into a tiny cup, so everytime I tried to take a bite, toppings were spilling all over the table (I swear I'm not a messy eater). But what upset me was that not 5 minutes after we sat down, the guy comes and says we have to leave, because they were closing, instead of either mentioning this to us before we ordered, or just simply allowing the 3 of us to sit for about 10 extra minutes to finish our dessert before we left. We ended up leaving (per his request), and throwing out over half of the treats, as we weren't going to stand out in the middle of winter and eat frozen treats. They seemed nice, and the place was clean, with a tasty menu, but they really need to learn to accommodate customers. We were (the three of us) dressed nice, our out of town guest was wearing a suit, so it certainly wasn't like we were there to loiter.
