  • I posted a review over a year ago and interestingly it was just removed today. I would be doing a disservice by not sharing my experience with Bill. He sold me a manipulated diamond ring that turned color. I had to chase him down to get any response from him. When that didn't work I had to take him to court. I do not live in Arizona. The judge ruled in my favor and he was forced to give my money back. Bill needs to stop doing bad business. I noticed that all the recent reviews have no yelp history and looked to flag all of the one star reviews. Do yourself a favor and google him you will find more things out there about him.
