Have been going to Cobblestone and purchasing Groupons when available for the last few years. I brought my minivan in for a wash. Decided to get a detail. Offered a decent price. The following day my daughter noticed that the passenger side mirror was loose. On my way to work I stopped by Honda and the service adviser noticed that it was not loose but broken internally and there was a paint stripe underneath the mirror. He asked me if I had taken the car in for a wash recently as he sees this happen after carwashes. Unfortunately, my father in law was deathly ill, working and taking care of my kids (and I'll admit not wanting a confrontation at this time), I delayed going back to Cobblestone. I did go in 9/7 and spoke with Guillermo (GM). He stated that due to the time delay he would not accept responsibility. I did have the service advisor for Honda call and verify that I had come into the dealership after the incident as Guillermo requested. Guillermo stated he would have the DM contact me. I have never received any contact. Do I accept responsibility of my delay (yes) Has cobblestone, knowing that I am a good customer made any attempt to make good on the damage they caused which is well over $450 with labor NO.
