Absolutely the worst medical facility I've ever been to. I have never written a poor review before and it's actually difficult to not satisfy me. I have great patience and understanding. However, I waited here for about an hour and a half with only 2 people in front of me. I had lost my voice and could tell I was coming down with something (never get sick)!!!! Hacking up "stuff", could barely breathe, coughing and trying to get some relief. When the doctor finally saw me, she was very unpleasant. She checked my nose and throat, listened to my lungs and then tells me there is nothing wrong with me. She goes on to tell me doctors have different opinions about the color of the snot you hack up or blow (nothing I was even complaining about, meaning the color) and then said I was fine and offered a steroid. She then said I had laryngitis and offered me nothing more. I asked if she could prescribe me an antibiotic and she just stared at me. You would have thought I asked for a street drug. She refused and told me it wouldn't help me and to simply rest. I asked if she could prescribe me penicillin anyway just in case (and so I wouldn't have to pay ANOTHER copay). Nope. She refused and continued to stare at me like I was stupid. I didn't realize asking for an antibiotic was unheard of. And since I have a job I need to show up for, I can't rest for an entire week. BUT I still took an extra day off from work and rested for a three day weekend! Didn't help. I then had to travel out of town and I ended up with a fever and vomiting. I've never felt so awful. Turns out I had an INFECTION and needed an antibiotic. Imagine that? Thanks Urgent Care for NOTHING and taking my copay for bad advice and then having to go to a real doctor while out of town only to pay another copay to have an antibiotic prescribed to me that WORKED. I now tell everyone to not go to you when I find out that's where they are headed. This includes 500 coworkers. Btw, many of them have had similar experiences at your facility and we now direct everyone to go to the minute clinic.
