I scheduled an appointment to get my makeup done for New Years Eve. I rarely ever wear makeup so I asked for a natural look. I walked out of there looking like I was ready to make a debut at the Kabuki theater. The foundation which was supposed to be super light was caked on my face so heavy and it wasn't even close to my skin tone. She tried to make me look "warmer" by putting on bronzer. That just made my face look even more caked on and off color. It was truly TERRIBLE. I guess I got a glimpse of how I'll look at my funeral. That was some straight up funeral ready pasty makeup!! She was already running way behind with her other client and I was so embarrassed and frustrated that I didn't even want her to try to fix it. The only way to fix it would've been to just go home and wash it all off. I though that maybe I was overreacting since I'm not use to makeup. But my friends even told me how bad it looked. I'm giving Angelina one star only because she was really nice but man, she really had me leaving out of that place looking terrible. I attached a few pics so you can see what I mean. The first pic is after I'd already tried to wipe my face off 4 times. I didn't have makeup remover and I figured if I tried to wipe a layer or two off it would look a little better. Nope!!It was still caked on. I was running late so I just went out anyway and kept my head down most of the night so nobody would see me. It doesn't look that heavy in the dark. The next pic is with the flash on! Thats how I was walking around until I could get how to scrub all that crap off my face. That's her idea of a "natural" look. Pasty and not even close to matching... Oh... Under my eyes... That was supposed to be the "highlighter". She said it would give me a glow... Definitely not the glow I had in mind The last picture is to show how swollen my face was from trying to get all that makeup off of my face.
