  • I was really nervous about how I was going to handle riding on the High Roller since I am semi-afraid of heights. I took advantage of a groupon that also offered open bar and it was great! Our bartender was super nice and attentive to everyone, there was about 15 of us in the pod and we still had enough space to move around. Going up wasn't as terrifying as I had imagined, you can feel the pod moving at the beginning but after a few minutes you really can't tell. Getting on and off is a little scary because it doesn't stop! There is a video playing the whole time that will tell you some information such as where you are at on the wheel and also how high you are currently. It also has a part about the process that went in to building the High Roller which was pretty interesting. Go at night and hopefully you will luck out and catch a glimpse of the Bellagio fountain show! It was spectacular!
