  • Not very accommodating at all--with the nerve to be rude on top of that! They are hard to reach as well and the representative who called me back ( I had to leave a voicemail when I called to make an appointment because no one answered the phone) was...the only word that comes to mind is "snob-like". When I tried to book appointments for a group. She specifically said "oh we don't accommodate like that for groupon users. groupon is just something we do to introduce people to the shop." Hmmm..that's funny. The last time I checked a customer was a customer and their money is good no matter what coupon they use. Also, if you want to pub your shop using groupon-shouldn't you make a good impact on those customers as well?? That way they help pub your business by telling others about it?? Also, they'll want to come back to your business even though they'll have to pay full price next time. That's they way this whole thing works owner of GiGi's!! . I couldn't believe she said that. So, my 4 friends and I will take our business elsewhere.
