  • I purchased a swivel rocker club chair about 2 years ago. Great quality fabric and everyone who sits in them loves the comfort. They have held up in the brutal AZ sun as well. I did have 1 chair that broke the swivel arm. I went to the store with the part thinking they would just order me a part and they actually setup a service tech to come to the house for repair. He couldn't fix on site, so they took the chair back to the shop. Then the part was back ordered 3 months, but instead of just informing me of that, Scott in the service dept hunted down an old warranty chair that was similar and found the replacement part. He called and setup the return of my chair before Thanksgiving. I appreciated the extra effort he made to get this taken care of. I spent more on these chairs than I planned to, but it was money well spent.
