The staff who actually do the work in the back are the meat and potatoes of this company. They are polite, knowledgeable and experienced. On the other hand, if you can look past the front desk guy named Brian, and his poor customer service, than this is the place for you. They need to teach Brian how to not be so condescending to their customers and to put a lot more effort in to helping the customer and not hindering. I was almost in tears and definitely frustrated after I was shot down when trying to arrange a time to pick up my limo when Brian abruptly said, he couldn't give me an exact time to when I could pick the limo up and "I have other things to do" and hung up.
