  • I visited Spectrum for the first time last Saturday afternoon. I was very impressed with the decor, its really pretty. I came in for a full set and pedi and was seated as soon as I walked in. However, instead of giving me a few minutes to choose my nail and toe color, one of the male nail techs (I didn't get his name) began working on my nails as soon as I sat down. So I basically had to flip through the acrylic colors with one hand while the other hand was being buffed and filed. That was very awkward and I felt rushed to hurry up & choose a color. Before my nails were completed, he told me to go to the pedicure station. The pedicure was a little rushed, I like the chance for my feet to soak. Overall, it was a good pedicure. Then I returned back to the nail tech's station for my finger nails to be painted. Of course he was now working with another client so I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes. The job on my nails was definitely rushed. The nails were not filed neatly and evenly. And my gel polish was not applied very nearly either. Overall, I had a decent experience and everyone seems nice but the quality of my service could have been better. I think I will try another shop in the area.
