  • I was referred here by my professor who is an expert in customer service, so it had to be good! And it was! This place exceeds expectations. Don't let the fact that it's tucked behind a gas station fool you. This place is top notch. I hate coming to car places because I'm always worried I'm going to be told I need to buy thousands and thousands in parts and services for my car. But I don't get that feeling here. This is a local family business and both the owner and his son were in when I stopped by. Once I decided to have my tires changed, the son asked if I was going to wait as a tire change would take about an hour. I was, and so he told me he would "show me around." He brought me to the gas station side and said that the freshly baked cookies and coffee were on the house, so please enjoy. And then he showed me to the nice little waiting room with a tv and reading material and asked if the temperature of the room was to my liking, if not he would be happy to change it. This didn't only happen to me... Another women came into the waiting room and again was asked if the temp was to her liking. Customer service like this never goes unnoticed by me. I don't care if my tires are cheaper somewhere else... I'm not even going to look. This place has got customer service down, and any local family business that is able to uphold such high levels of quality has my support.
