Recently tried out au Festin de Babette as I had read so many good reviews about it and it's on many lists of Top brunch places in the city. The resto itself is small and very vintage located in an old home converted to resto. The service was friendly but I have to say the food was nothing to write home about. I was disappointed in the food and so were my group of foodie friends. The crepes were nothing special and neither was their drolet dish...egg was overcooked and their potatoe dauphin did not taste great. Their dishes are overpriced for the quality of food. I had high expecatations going in but it definately was below expectations. There are plenty of other better tasting breakfast places in the city.
