I really wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me by my family, and I was told Phil is great. However, when I walked in I was "greeted" by some older woman with a thick accent, who didn't even say "hi" but asked, "what do you want?" and "what do you need?" with a nasty attitude. I brushed it off, but she continued to be unpleasant and even got loud and completely rude when I told her when I needed my alterations done by. She said "maybe I can do that" and I told her I'd just go somewhere else, so she kept trying to take my stuff back to the back, continuing to say maybe she'd have my work clothes done in time. Then when I told her "maybe" wouldn't work for me because I really have to have clothes in time, she proceeded to tell me she'd have them done even later...Thanks, but no thanks when there are plenty of places around that will take care of me and I won't have to deal with some rude employee. Just lost business, and I made sure to tell my family members how they treat their customers.
