  • I go to this McDonalds all the time, and I try to always be understanding. However, today was especially bad. This morning I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line. When I arrived at the window to pay there was no acknowledgement of the long wait. When I asked about it I was told they were short staffed. This isn't the first time. Unfortunately, they just lost another customer. I would advise going somewhere else until they figure it out.
