This location has been open for a few months now, so I don't know how it still takes 12 minutes and 5 people in a nearly empty store to make a simple breakfast sandwich, and then still get it wrong. (Pro tip: no one wants their bagel blackened). It is painful watching how slowly the folks behind the line move. All together I counted 8 or 9 people working including a manager, and only 4 customers, and still took forever and coffee supplies were out. This is a common occurrence at this location. What are these people doing?
