  • The women doing the electrolysis was good but the reception needs to be improved and modernized. I went for a few sessions and every time I ask to rebook in 2 weeks. I noticed on my last visit after 2 weeks no one called me so I called today. No appointment was made last time. No computer system so I had to find date I was there last so receptionist could flip through pages to see who I visited last. She said the girl I usually see is not in today but tomorrow and I could see someone else at noon today. I said okay and she booked me for noon. I got there at noon and receptionist said you aren't booked for today, she remembered talking to me an hour ago, she flipped her pages and couldn't figure what day she booked me for. I wasted my lunch hour for nothing today!! I walked out and will look for a place that is more organized, more automated for bookings instead of a big book with pencil and eraser and women who is not frazzled working at reception.
