Good variety of choices makes this a 2 star. Otherwise, it'd be struggling to keep me interested. Went here for a weekday lunch. No line so that was awesome. Rarely do you not find a line at a Vegas buffet.
After we were seated, took our waitress 10 min to realize we were there. She served the tables on both sides of us but somehow we were magically invisible.
According to Buffet of Buffets brochure, Flavors is known for their Brazilian BBQ & Prime Rib. The Brazilian BBQ was burnt and hard. After struggling to finish the 1st cut and taste it, I was done. The prime rib was so red and undercooked that I couldn't even cut it. Next entree.
The taco bar was reasonable. Had nearly every imaginable topping available with shredded pork and beef.
Red new potatoes were good as well as the corn on the cob. Mac and cheese was alright. The make-your-own-salad bar was average at best. Most of the ingredients came from the fridge - nothing was fresh.
Lots of desserts to choose from - Gelato ice cream, various pies, fresh fruit. This was one of the most enjoyable things about the entire buffet except most are so heavy that you want to sit and rest afterwards. I sat at a blackjack table.
