  • Seriously the worst. The kid named Eric who works in the office, when asked any question will put you on "hold" and then direct you strait to voice mail. We have been waiting for over a week now for a refund check and can't get anyone to give us any answers as to when the check will arrive. Even when we have left voice mails no one ever bothers to call back. Just awful service. *Update* Finally got someone to answer and when asked about our refund check we were told "The department who handles refunds has been out this last week so it's just being processed today" It's been over a week mind you. Still no answer to when they plan on refunding the money they took from us. So glad we doged a bullet on this place and found another apartment to live in. We will continue I guess to waste our time calling until maybe just maybe someone can give us an answer because expecting a return call is just to far fetched.
