  • Among the best butchers in the city. Certain items they carry, are high value from a price to quality perspective. Other items, are just over priced for what you're getting. There's a little bit of a bait and switch strategy going on, but honestly, what retail store doesn't do the same? End conclusion, go to Sanagan's for specifics. The selection is great, and the staff are extremely informative. The wait can be a bit annoying, especially if you're only popping in for one particular item. They need an express order lane like other popular butchers have for the one item orders.
